Job description:
The job is to provide technical third-level support to our distributors in various countries. This includes: providing training to second and first level support, taking care of project management, creating technical documentation.
Job requirements:
- technical background HBO (or MBO+ with 5/6 years relevant working experience) - preferably education as Software or Electronics engineer - strong communication skills - able to work on own initiative as well as in a team environment - focus on achieving results - technical understanding of electronics/IT essential - flexibility to deal with different cultures - fluency in English and German essential, preferably with other language skills
